The Derek Whitehill Memorial Cashspiel will take place on September 23rd, 24th and 25th, 2011.

NOTE: Please Book Your Hotel Rooms at the Best Western Otonabee Inn Quickly, they have run out of rooms in previous years. Actually they are fully booked now, but rooms may become open as we get closer to the date.

If you did not get in the spiel right away do not be discouraged... Last year we went through the waiting list for the women in the last month before the spiel... Please let me know if you do not want to stay on the waiting list...

I will confirm that I get it but the the key to the entry being accepted is the date I received your cheque.

This years entry is $320.00 dollars which includes the 20 dollar per team registration fee for the Ontario Junior Curling Tour.

Saturday Night Bar-B-Que

In Memory of Ken Rice who was the local owner of the M&M meat shops of Peterborough, we will be naming the Bar-
B-Que after him. He sponsored us every year with the the dinner for all curlers on Saturday. There will be two sittings and more information will come with each teams packages at registration. It was a Great Bar-B-Que last year and we hope people will remember Ken, as he always loved a Bar-B-Que. The Bar-B-Que has Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Pop, and of course the wonderful Baskin and Robbins Ice Cream Mini-tubs!

THE BEST WESTERN OTONABEE INN IN PETERBOROUGH IS THE HOST HOTEL THIS YEAR AND  IT IS NICE TO HAVE THEM BACK.

Cheques received are cashed as soon as possible after June 1st, 2011, unless dated earlier. Entry Fee Cheque guarantees team a spot in the spiel.

Any teams withdrawing from the event after August 19th will be rebated their entry fee subject to us finding a replacement team. If no replacement team can be found entry fee will be forfeited to the Bonspiel! A replacement team with spares may be found but the entry fee is still forfeited!
